The building manager, Amanda, was very responsive and easy-going, and maintenance was very responsive, too. If you are looking for a lowkey building, this is the one for you. Whereas hard copy mail is not so common nowadays, we did have a problem with our mail getting stolen every once in awhile. If this issue can be fixed and made more secure, this is the perfect place for someone who wants a laid-back, lowkey apartment on the outskirts of downtown San Francisco. Plenty of room in each unit and a patio for common use, there is plenty of room to live within the confines of the city. Enjoy!
